the gig started @ around 8:30 cause some of the band members of other bands came late....... the line ups are :"forgot the name of the 1st band so is the 2nd","cotangent x","A.Y.A.","F.V.","noturnleft",at helens wake","kurikong combat","nevertheless"

the 1st band to play...was a fusion of kurikong and wating shed...their music: grind core.... their songs are fun.. specially the one for the "emos"... 2nd band to play was the band from westcembo..still, they played well.....next was cotangent x..jhnmar showed again his skills.. next was AYA....they played really well this time..specially jess.. next was FV...asusall.. they played their songs full with emotions.......(specially pau)..next us ..noturnleft.... we played are 2nd compo for sound check.. then we played are usuall covers...next at helens wake...man their great .. specially the drummer...... .umm.. next was kurikong combat... their the unofficial main band of the gig..... cause their really really good....last band was nevertheless.... they played their new songs... and it was rad....

the gig ended at around 11:50pm....
too bad .... no drinkin sessions for the group...

THE STORY


Coast Bay Bar.. This is what happened... First, we all met up in Rustans. We were waiting for our visitors, coz we need 5 visitors in order to perform on this gig. Its a very interesting situation coz there are alot of pretty girls there (but some of them are super conio), and while the time passes the meeting spot is getting full of Emos and Punks! After we all gathered up together with our visitors, we went to the bar immediately coz is already showtime! it started at around 8:30pm At the bar... The first band is No Turn Left,The guitarist of FORFEIT the TRIAL..cause bhrians busted a string on his guitar. we covered Rufio all the way! everything is well until bhrian got confused @ the song "tears" he got confused cause the markings of the guitar bhrian borrowed is different. Next is Declared Already, they covered alot of bands like The Used,nfg,finch,startingline. Next is Frustrated Valentine, while they are performing, Mark and Em swinged jess like a baby while the band is playing their original, "Traffic Lights"! Man! They caused alot of slammin'! Next is the band who covered a Taking Back Sunday song.FORFEIT the TRIAL..they borrowed our vocalist jeff.. to backup for the song "cute without the e" A.y.A. we're the last band of the AMA crew that performed. I didn't expect Francis of Kurikong Combat to watch the gig. JESS back-upped Myk, coz he can already handle the screams. the last band is... uhh... I forgot... They're a 3-piece Punk band! After that, the show is over and the GRO's arrived cause it's already 11:00...

THE STORY

-October 16... At last! The crew's jam session at Bhrian's place has come to a fun end! At first, I thought this jam would be canceled again. Well this what happened... AJ, jessie, Jeff and Bhrian came first. The drums and the amps are all well placed. While the rest is setting up... the bass guitar had a problem, so we left the bass in the corner. After that... No Turn Left started practicing, while waiting for toffer, jessie subbed for him to play drums. We played "Still", coz this is the only song that jessie know. hehehe... After that, AJ and jessie practiced "The Shooting Star..." song. While they were practicing, at last the other members and the rest arrived! (But Elmo is not around)... but the show must go on! After all it is only a jam session

It's Showtime!!! Frustrated Valentine played first! as always they played their songs full with emotions.. and their really good. Next is us No Turn Left! were causing to much slamming, coz some of our song are really fast!jeff still doing his moves so is tutz and a.j. then bhrian attempted a guitar spin. But it only gave him pain on his left shoulder.but before their last song end he attempted it again for the 2nd tym and it was sweet.. he did a complete guitar spin 4 the first tym..and it was rad... A.Y.A. played last. The bass drum is damaged so jess can’t use his (Double Bass Pedals). But when jess is playing drums ,the hole is getting larger, so jes stopped using the pedals. Man, it’s a disaster... but we finished without making any foolish mistakes. And then, the show is over! Too bad Cotangent X and Kurikong Combat were not around and Elmo came late. Later, Myk played acoustic. Man its so "emo" at the rooftops while listening to acoustic songs.

THe GIG WAS RAD......that's all I can say.....
WELL here's THE STORY

It all started around 4:30pm.... A.Y.A. was the first band to play...
Since they were the first.. They already fired up. 1st song was "withered" everything’s fine except for the shitty cymbals jess was playing w/.2nd song was "juno" it was rad.....3rd song "red is the new black"and their last song "this years most open heartbreak" jess backed up myk while playing drums, man, if u can see his face....scary....hehe. Next band was a local band of that area..Man their good... next band.... COTANGENT-EX their 1st song was for the oldies..I don't the title but it was great.. 2nd song I also don’t know.. But its also good... the crowd was so stunned of johnmarx's performance that some of them dropped jaw while watching....
Next band to play was the ever popular and one of my favorite bands
NEVERTHELESS....they played 3 punkska songs....their rillyrilly good
Some of the "punk" guys on the crowd even did the monkey...hehehe
Next FRUSTRATED-VALENTINE man their performance was excellent. Specially Jeff and myk who was already fired up when they played "trafficlights" and the best part of their performance was when they played "law of nature" man we were psyched cause while they were playing, the rain started pouring and it gave it some kind of effect.....After they played the rain poured really hard... we thought the gig was over... but thank God it stopped for a while then next band.DECLARED-ALREADY the coolest band of the gig...1st song was from startingline.... they played it so well that the crowed went wild and started creating a moshpit...then next song myfriends over you... they were bouncing like balls when they played that..Hehe...4got the next song... any way when the rain started falln' again their last song was glory of love cause it was mostly requested by the crowed... all most all of the peeps in the crowed was either singing or slammin' w/ one another.... Next 2 bands 2 play were from that tow also....they played some from- sandwhich&incubus o well...........At last after the long hours of waiting and hoping we can still play , were the next band to play"NOTURNLEFT"....hehehe1st song science-fiction , we were already fired up.. so tuts and I started creating moves of our own...so is jeff and a.j. ..... 2ndsong was tears... the crowd cheered cause maybe some of them like that song..jef gave it all @ that song cause its his favorite..hhehe.. next song she-cries , a.j started playing .. then we started playing 2. while shaking are asses.. heheh then we were fired up again.. a.j. tutz and bhrian started jumpin' around... while jef is doung the gayish karatekid moves.. bhrian jumped again n again then he hit jef @ his landing... jef fell while singing... the crowd cheered... hehe... last song still... the crowd cheered.. we stated playing... and slammn' while the crowd is also bumping each other while singing... man it was so rad... hehe...
the last band to play ... played some from chicosci and kamikazee..
yeeey the gig was over.... we went to ikay's crib 2 eat sum grub...we also played card tricks at each other....Then went home @ around 10:30...
